Physical Therapist

Elisabeth Miller, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist with a strong background in the performing arts and a lifelong resident of Queens, New York. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University and completed her undergraduate studies at Queens College, where she studied dance, theatre, and business.
During her time at Queens College, Elisabeth served as captain of the dance team, an experience that shaped her interest in movement quality, injury prevention, and performance longevity. Elisabeth is also Pilates certified, which she incorporates into her professional practice. She has a particular clinical interest in Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder and Ehler Danlos Syndrome (HSD, EDS) and works with patients to improve joint stability, proprioception, and functional confidence through individualized, evidence-based rehabilitation programs.
Her clinical training includes experience in sports rehabilitation and post-operative care, as well as gaining valuable experience working with dancers and other performing artists on Broadway. Elisabeth is also an active member of the Performing Arts Medicine Association (PAMA).
Outside of the clinic, Elisabeth enjoys gardening, kayaking, hiking in national parks, walking her dog, and spending time with friends and family. Her professional approach reflects a commitment to thoughtful, patient-centered care and the integration of movement science with the demands of sport and performance.
